- Goods are dispatched Monday – Friday only.
- Orders typically ship within one day, excluding weekends and holidays.
- A flat shipping fee of $10 is added to all urban orders within New Zealand, or $15 to rural delivery addresses.
- Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
- Packages are delivered by courier. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is dispatched.
